Lollipops

 Sara-Cooper's recipe for making lollipops:
Just take a sucker and flatten it out!

The Zoo

We finished off our spring break with a trip to the zoo.
We chose to go on a beautiful Saturday!
Apparently, so did everyone else:)
We had to park two blocks away.

It was really such a beautiful day.
Sara-Cooper was so excited about every single animal.

"Look its REINDEER"

Oliver loved the pandas.

He knelt down and was petting the panda through the glass.
( does it get cuter than that)

Eloise was so good. Just along for the ride.

(Oliver gets away with murder lately. I mean who could say no to those eyelashes:))

Oliver's favorite animals: Polar bears and Flamingos
Creighton's favorite animal:  Polar bears
Sara Cooper's favorite animals: The creatures of the night exhibit, because the darkness
made her new sparkly shoes glow and sparkle .

And God said, "Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky." So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living and moving thing with which the water teems, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. God blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and increase in number  and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth." And there was evening, and there was morning-the fifth day.

Spring Break

We started out our spring break with a trip to Grannie and Papa's....
Oliver talked about Papa's tractor for the entire 2 1/2 hours we were in the van.

Can you guess what the first thing he did was?

He kept his sweet *Papa* riding all week.

Daddy said everytime he tried to put his hand on the wheel-
Oliver slapped it off!

The children spent their time...
riding the golf cart

petting the horses

riding the Razor 360
(My children love these. We had never seen them before. They probably spent five hours a day on them.)

jumping on the trampoline

Playing with treats Papa bought them:)

And by far their favorite thing  *Playing with their sweet cousin Christian*

We had so much fun!

Cooper called  us on our trip home, and said it would be fun to go to the Ole Miss game that night.

And they were off!

I really wanted to join them, but this sweet girl looked like she needed a break:)

After the game, they came bursting in with their foam fingers.

It is amazing to me how much fun they can have with these!

Some where in the middle of all the excitement, Crieghton caught Sara-Cooper a* butterfly*.
To some it just looked like a moth, but she assured us it was a butterfly named Caulley.

I asked her what she was doing with the flower, and she said she was making Caulley's home beautiful.
(Sidenote: Caulley is now in the upstairs bathtub with a broken fin.)
I could not make this stuff up if I tried.
I told you she keeps it *interesting*.
